We are using IBM Watson Speech to Text in our virtual meetings. It can be integrated with various meeting clients like zoom. It provides real-time transcription and meeting summery also once the meeting is over. We are also working on using this tool as a API for different applications mostly for customer care services use cases.

It's best for real time transcription and when the meeting is between the two speakers. Word recognition is accurate. Also it's available for various platforms, like cloud, apps, on-premise, API support. Price wise it's much better than other competitors. However, there can be still improvement in filtering noise and improving word accuracy. Language support can be increased further.
